We use LongJump to manage accounts, develop prospects and track staff performance. It is an easy, intuitive and cost-efficient way to stay on top of daily tasks. We have found the support staff to be quick to respond and happy to assist us when we have questions. This is a welcome change from our old CRM, which was much more costly and less than responsive to our needs.
