Role-Based Access Controls
LongJump organizes users using team and role-based permissions in a hierarchical fashion. Because each object has associated view, edit, add, and delete permissions, this enables virtually any combination of data sharing. Administrators have control down to the field level to protect sensitive information. In addition, the roles can be used for controlling Display Services, as well as reporting and viewing on data sets.
Sharing Policies
To allow one or more teams to view or update information that belongs to another team, LongJump provides the ability to create data sharing policies. For example, let's say the sales team needs to provide information to the marketing team about customers so they can effectively market to those customers. A data sharing policy would allow the marketing team to view the records owned by the sales team.
Activity Audit Trail
Administrators can view the audit log to determine what users have done for both management and troubleshooting purposes. The audit log provides information about logins/logouts, adding records, email activity and much more. In addition, individual fields changes can be tracked as part of a data record.
Password and Machine Policies
LongJump provides added protection by enabling administrators to assign complete password policies and also limit logins by IP address, ensuring that access is allowed only by specific machines.

LDAP and Single Sign-On Integration
LongJump supports the Lightweight Directory Access Protocol for single sign-on capability to a wide array of pre-set enterprise authentication systems. LDAP on LongJump integrates into your existing computing environment for a seamless user experience.
Mass Data Operations
LongJump enables managers and administrators to transfer record ownership, change or update information across multiple records, or delete records, all based on specific record criteria. Like a large-scale "search and replace" function, data management is simplified within a few clicks.
Recycle Bin
Deleted records have a second chance within LongJump's Recycle Bin. The Recycle Bin provides a holding area to store records for up to 30 Days, allowing users and their administrators to restore deleted files or permanently purge the data manually.
Cross-Object Search
With LongJump, search capability provides a powerful tool to find data across all data sets. That includes any data being brought into the platform from other disparate systems. Search functionality can also be optimized to focus on specific fields and search results can be customized to display only the fields that are of interest. Search results also provide immediate access to any related sets of information that are available.
