You can also view and add associated opportunites directly from your customer record to seamlessly keep your customer record in tact.
Organize and standardize your offerings
Using the Price Books and Products tabs, you can build a dynamic catalog of all your offerings for use within your opportunities. Specific teams or users can be assigned to individual price books ensuring that pricing for products is consistent. Price books can also be the basis for various types of discounting.
Record detailed opportunity information
You can add opportunities from the Opportunity tab, from the Account record, or from the Prospect record. Creating a new opportunity provides a means of identifying key information such as the stage of the opportunity, close date, and its probability. You can also add products to the opportunity. Of course, you can report on any field as well.
