Track, Analyze and Automate Approvals for Employee Expense Reports

This application streamlines the process of entering, approving and tracking expenses from your team. Using LongJump Workflow Designer, you will be able to setup and identify users who are part of the approval process. This application comes with a standard approval/rejection workflow for managers and executives. The Expense Reports object can be related to other areas of your business as well. If you want to track expenses around opportunities for example, you can add the Opportunities lookup field to the Expense object.
Paperless Expense Reporting
Employees can record their expenses for a given time period, attached receipts to the expense report, and submit them to management for approval. Employees can also add expenses as they come in rather than all at once and submit the batch when they are ready.
Deep, Yet Simple Analysis
Department managers can create reports about their employee spends around various categories and plan for future budgeting. Finance managers can generate spending reports to analyze their liability.

Built-In Approval Workflow
When an employee submits an expense report for approval, managers can accept, reject, or defer reports or whatever states need to be defined. Finance teams can also be part of the workflow, or a SOAP message can be sent to the accounting system to process payment upon approval. Throughout the process the employee can monitor status online or receive email notification of changes in status.
